To make somebody a sysop or bureaucrat, go to [[special:makesysop]] on your wiki. You can't remove sysop rights or other rights (only rollback could be granted or revoked by bureaucrat). If you need any other action with user rights, go to [[w:Community Team|Community Team]], couse only staff can manage user rights on all levels. Dzekuje bardzo. I will try to study how to handle it. It seems there are yonly sysops at the new Necyklopedie and no bureaucrats, are they?
